I was told when I made the appointment that I would be getting a telephone call from the nurse to arrange coming into the surgery. Then when I got the text I was asked to go to the surgery for my appointment, not a phone call. The receptionist said it was an appointment for a phone call but as I was there I could go through and speak to her, which was very kind and helpful. Then I was offered my injections I need for travelling there and then. All very good but I’m confused as to why that wasn’t the case in the first place.
