The standard of care at this surgery is the best I have known. I recently had a prescription review with Dr Ansa and I have to say it was a good experience. It is important to have a good rapport with the doctor and I have managed to achieve this on the majority of occasions. Answering phones at peak times by receptionists could be improved and perhaps this could be looked at.
