I was given wrong information about getting an x-ray. The doctor was correct and I needed a form from reception or for them to put my referral through to my designated hospital and could have got my x-ray done straight away. Unfortunately reception did not know the procedure and was told I would be contacted with an appointment. Fortunately, I phoned 2 days later and found out not correct and talked directly to hospital where I was told I could walk in with correct form or referral. In the end, was delayed getting an x-ray and urgent results by 5 days.
