I feel the overall service is not so good at Middleton as it was before covid and Beckie was in charge of running the reception area .

Suggested improvements
Receptionist need to have a little understanding or try to understand the information the patient may require from the doctor. Their standard reply from most of them , l am not medically trained. As a patient I don’t expect them to be.
