The reception staff are always amazingly helpful and never make me feel that they are stressed or under pressure which they must be with the volume of face to face and phone enquiries they get. The doctors and other medical practitioners I’ve seen are always so caring, re-assuring and clear in their explanations. This was particularly welcome when I was referred for a prostate biopsy recently. I really feel very fortunate to have such outstanding care in the form of the Yapton and Middleton surgeries.
