Loggin in on the touchscreen didn’t seem to work very well, by the time I’d queued up again to speak to the receptionist about this, I’d missed my appointment for a blood pressure revue. The receptionist did make another appointment for a couple of hours later at the end of the nurse’s shift, but I’d taken time off work to attend & had to go away and reschedule my afternoon appointments in order to attend the later one. When I returned, the same thing happened again with the log in. However, once with the nurse, she was great and also able to take an additional blood sample for a pre diabetes check which saved having to make another, separate appointment.

Suggested improvements
This could be down to my first name being registered as ‘Davis’ rather than David ? - this has now been changed. The letters ‘S’ and ‘D’ are next to each other on a standard keyboard and may simply be down to a typing error. We’re all only human.
