I had no problem getting an appointment for when I needed. The receptionist was very helpful.

The dermatologist I’m under had requested blood tests. Which I had done through the practice. However, when I saw him 10 days ago, the results of the blood test had not been sent to him! Even though they were back. That I found annoying!
