Increasingly we are finding the entire process of booking appointments very frustrating. We now tend to drive to the surgery rather than phoning as it takes so long to get through to anyone. I also find it dissapointing that the reception staff are not as friendly and welcoming as they could be in the simple things. when you're not well, seeing a friendly kind person is the first thing that helps you feel better. Why has this become such a rare thing these days? My Well Man test with Nurse Logan was fantastic - she really exemplifies these qualities and put me at ease. Very happy with her approach but sad that visiting the surgery has become so stressful and uninspiring these days - it's a real shame and really costs nothing but a smile to fix!
