I’ve had to have 3 appointments this week- 2 consults and a blood test. Every person I saw was polite and attentive, and I didn’t feel rushed or as if I was wasting their time. The phones are an absolute nuisance as it just seems to take forever to get through, especially first thing in the morning. Luckily my daughter was able to pop down for me as I was house bound at the time. How does this work for older members of the community I wonder??? Otherwise a great service- thank you all so much x
