Went for a blood test. Seen on time. Clinician friendly and efficient. Didn't even feel a prick on the arm. Neither blood nor bruising seen at the treatment site. All very good. Tried phoning a couple of times in the afternoon to arrange this appointment but gave up both times after waiting for a while so went to the surgery and was able to make an appointment without waiting.
