I have been very impressed by the quality of care I have received. The reception staff have been extraordinarily helpful and pleasant. Doctors and nurses have all been pleasant and efficient. Find arranging a consultation is a bit like Russian Roulette. Ringing on the dot of 8.30 and hanging on for 20 -30 minutes by which time there may or may not be an appointments left.If it is not urgent it seems to me it would be better to have an appointment in the future but because the majority of appointments are for the same day this is impractical. It is a very stressful process.
