An urgent appointment for a blood test and ECG was requested before 8.30 on 29th December, and an appointment was offered with a nurse later the same morning. The blood test and other tests were undertaken efficiently and with no delay or problems. I was offered a telephone appointment with a GP the next week to discuss the results.
