My visit to the surgery was well-organised and I felt I had been treated by everyone with great care and respect.

Suggested improvements
The letter confirming my appointment for the ENT Champion microsuction clinic asked for me to ring to confirm that I would attend, highlighted in green. It took 45 minutes to get through and it seems as I am a patient at Gilbert House I could have confirmed by email. Perhaps the letter could be amended to that effect? .
