Dr Hector Chinoy was exceptional he listened he showed empathy and he fully understood what I was going through on my first consultation. In treatment he was very understanding advised me of the good and the bad sides of the treatment but gave me confidence that it was going to be successful. On my follow up appointment 7 weeks after treatment I left with confidence and knowledge of what I could do when this re occurs and felt that he was going to put all the alternative procedures in place.
