I had a hard decision to make following treatment and appointments with other doctors from the same clinic which I was far from happy with. Prof. Singh was the first person to explain things in a language I could understand, without being condescending, and in the end made it easy for me to agree to the further treatment as suggested. Previous contact on a different matter, which ended well, made it easy for trust to be established.
