Trust. During my Pr-op, Consultations, day of the op, post up and all follow ups. Mr Zameer Shah was and, is a perfect professional gentleman. I trust him 100%. Listening. Mr Shah shows empathy, kindness, attentiveness, and has an excellent manner. He explains everything simply too. I do very much appreciate all staff who work tirelessly at our precious NHS. However, selfishly when it came to having both the Left and Right knee total knee replacements, and although I live in Kent. I choose the Best. Mr Zameer Shah and Guys and St Thomas's.
