Hi My name Dariusz Kargul,I from Poland and hard working in construction company. I had many years problem with pain my knees.I was very afraid of the knee surgery because I heard that it hurts a lot after the surgery and it takes a long time to heal. Unfortunately, because I was a rugby player when I was young, the knee pain has recently been very strong. Following the surgery and after the post op x-ray, Mr Alazzawi came to visit me and said that he had studied the post-op x-ray and all was well.I saw Mr Alazzawi in person at St George's at 6 week stage. He was pleased with the progress I had made with the recovery. I could walk without the crutches and he was pleased with that. He physically examined my operated knee and we discussed some of the exercises that would help me at mid-stage recovery period. The doctor has completely brought me back to normal functioning, I can work now and I don't feel any pain. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Alazzawi for carrying out the total knee replacement surgery on my left knee and for his great care during the difficult period of recovery.
