A big thank you to Dr. Gella and all his staff for the care and attention given to me when my wrist was broken. I needed an operation and Lisa, Dr. Gella's secretary called to say there was a cancellation and this was offered to me immediately. The day of my operation the staff were very reassuring and I was looked after by the team with the utmost satisfaction. The aftercare treatment was also very good and now having been discharged I would like to say that if anyone needs this department, rest assured you will be well looked after. Once again my thanks are to you all.
All through out the procedure and treatment I found Doctor Gella went above and beyond.
He had a very caring attitude and explained all the in and outs of the after care and answered any questions I raised.
Cannot thank him and his team enough
I had some surgery performed by Mr Gella and I have been so impressed by the time care and attention given . I just wanted to say a big thank you for looking after me before during and after my operation.
I would would like to thank all the staff including your secretary Lisa for the care you've given me thank you.
I received open surgery treatment at Kingsbridge Hospital, Ballykelly on 5th June 2023 for carpal tunnel syndrome by Mr Sreenadh Gella & was seen by Mr Gella for a follow up on 7th October.
Mr Gella is very patient focused and caring, has a good sense of humour and witty having a very good bedside manner which is not seen so much these days. I cannot thank Mr Gella and all other medical staff who attended to me enough for their expert care and attention which assisted in my recovery. My hand has healed very well & faster than when I had a previous carpal tunnel surgery on my other hand. Everything went extremely well and I highly recommend Mr Gella. I was seen at Kingsbridge Private hospital, Ballykelly, Northern Ireland.
A message for Mr Gella and the whole team, who from day one have been nothing short of amazing, my inititial visit was for a nasty dislocation of the shoulder and fracture to my humerus. My mind was put at ease for the surgery I was about to endure and the possibility of how the future would be, i.e. it could never be perfect because of the damage caused and the difficulty of the operation itself, according to Mr Gella in many years of surgery my injury was the worst he'd come across.
So, after a 5 hour operation and 5 day stay in hospital all was going quite well until I somehow managed to cause myself more harm !!!. So back to square one, another 4 hour op to remove a 10cm plate and replaced with a 25cm "nail", back home the following day with an impressive scar to show everyone!!!!
So a huge thankyou to Mr Gella and the team, whether it be City Road, Sandwell and Rowley Regis hospitals. Recovery still ongoing and for some time to come, but with the support, help and advice of everybody involved.
A massive thankyou to you all from myself and family
