mr pearce told me exactly what to expect when having a hip replacement. he had to take out a lot of pins first, due to a prior break, he came to see me after the operation to tell me it had all gone well, the again when i was being discharged two days later, which i found very reassuring. i saw him again six weeks later when he gave me an examination and pronounced me fit. i can never thank him enough. such a kind and caring man. sylvie manning
