Mr S.Pearce was very approachable and attentive to my requests.He answered all my questions clearly in a manner I could understand. He made me feel comfortable in what was for me was a nervous situation.Overall,both pre-op and post op, he was aware of my care and explained how this treatment would improve my quality of life. Now six weeks after the procedure I can fully appreciate his words and advice. His team (nursing, hospitality and reception staff) at The Spire were extremely caring and proffessional in every contact I had with them. While it is easy to say, I am very pleased to state how very satisfied I am to have been treated by Mr Pearce and his team.
