After suffering with an arthritic hip for upto five years and not being able to walk more than 100 yards before having to stop with pain and not able to work properly I had a total right hip replacement carried out at the Spire Sussex Hospital by Mr Simon Pearce in Dec 2018. Mr Pearce was so nice and explained the whole procedure beforehand in a way that put me at ease. The whole experience from first consultation and preassessment through operation to discharge was better than I could have imagined. I think Mr Pearce and his team, the physiotherapy team and all the staff at the Spire Sussex were exceptional and I would like to thank everyone for their care during my stay.
