Had a knee replacement done at the one hospital ashford in September where I meet mr Ellis.From the start he makes you feel at ease and very easy to talk to, operation was very successful passed fit for driving again after six weeks.Would highly recommend him and if ever the need arises would not hesitate to use him again .
So thank you ,and all your team for a very professional job well done a merry Christmas to you all.

I have just had my second tkr by mr Simon Ellis in 21 weeks I am at the 6 week follow up stage absolutely no problems on either knee I walk without crutches have returned to driving.
I have nothing but respect and admiration for this mans skill as a surgeon he is approachable understanding and dedicated to providing top class care for his patients
He is also backed up by a very caring professional after care team
In My time spent in the spire Alexander hospital I was treated by very caring and professional nurses nothing was to much all questions were answered everything explained and made to feel at all times
From a personal point if anyone is considering or is having this operation in the near future and Simon Ellis is your surgeon I would say you will be in very safe hands

I saw Mr Simon Ellis very recently at KIMS for my knee problem.
Firstly what a delightful man. He took time in finding out the why’s and wherefore and gave the impression that he had all the time in the world. From consultation, to x rays and treatment it was all completed in just over an hour. Fantastic.
I would highly recommend Mr Ellis as he puts you at ease and gives you a vast amount of information to enable you to choose a satisfactory outcome.

I saw Simon Ellis three years ago for a left anterior cruciate repair. From start to finish I had excellent care, and was able to walk out of KIMS the same day after surgery. The whole experience was one of efficiency and expertise from all concerned.
More recently I was experiencing pain in my right knee, and so contacted the hospital to make an appointment to see Mr Ellis again. I had the initial consultation, an MRI scan and a follow up appointment all within eight days. I was given a clear explanation by Mr Ellis of the problem (luckily no intervention needed) and advice as to improving matters. He is easy to talk to and puts one at ease. I would highly recommend Mr Ellis for any knee problem, as he is reassuring, straightforward and informative, and I felt confident that I was in safe hands.
