I was very nervous about my upcoming knee surgery. Mr Ellis was very understand, and listened to my worries. he made me feel so much happier about the operation. He made me laugh and that put me at ease. If i ever need a knee op again. i would most certainly go see Mr Ellis again.

Meeting Mr Ellis was such a pleasant experience. I’m normally very anxious when visiting hospitals. My time spent at KIMS for my initial appointment regarding my knee was stress free. I arrived early for my appointment and was also seen early. I found Mr Ellis to be caring and considerate the whole time I spent in his care, at no time did I feel rushed. I was asked many questions regarding my injury and what symptoms’ I have. Mr Ellis explained in great detail the findings from a recent scan I had, and what my options are. We discussed all the possible options and I decided that an operation would be the way forward for me. Mr Ellis explained what the procedure would entail in terms that was easy for me to understand, the recovery time that I would need. As I teach Mr Ellis scheduled an appointment for me around my half term time which suited me very much. Very happy with the whole experience. Ricky White

Had a consultation with Mr Ellis in December about an ongoing knee problem. He was very professional and his knowledge about my problem was first class. He took the time to explain everything to me about my procedure which put me at ease. I am now booked in for a operation in February and although I'm nervous I do know that I will be in good hands.

I saw Mr Ellis regarding my right knee and right from the first consultation i was treated as a person not a number. Mr Ellis explained what he was going to do and i was able to ask questions and was given clear answers. If i didnt understand then he would explain again and this is a very big help as we do not always understand medical words or procedures. I wish to thank Mr Ellis and his team for being so helpful and making me feel comfortable. Thank you again.

Organised x ray and mri straight away after I experienced instability sensations in my knee, being a 2 time reconstruction veteran I obviously had concerns.. Mr Ellis took into consideration my sporting and activity needs not just my everyday need for a strong knee, making me feel that I will be taken care of.
