I saw Mr. Simon Ellis on 5th November 2018 for my six week check after my full knee replacement. Once again I was met by a smiling Mr Ellis, we discussed my operation and the good results I had . I am walking with no crutches or sticks , yes it was uncomfortable at first but every day gets better and better. I attend now the six week one hourly physio, which is fun with other patients. This is a must to a quicker recovery. Thank you Mr. Ellis for your care and understanding.

I had a total knee replacement on August 1st and am due to have a second one on November 28th. I have met with Mr Ellis on several occassions, and have found him to be extreemly knowledgeable regarding my knee problems. He is professional, polite and friendly, and has answered all my questions in a way that I can understand, without being condiscending, and that comes with a man at the top of his profession. I am delighted to have this man, with his lovely avuncular nature, doing my operations, and have every faith in him.

I had a complete knee replacement three months ago and have just seen Mr. Ellis for a second follow up consultation. He is very easy to talk to, answers all my questions and provides explanations that are easy to follow. I am finding rehabilitation slower than I had assumed it would be, but he is very encouraging and has good ideas for extra exercise which are effective. I have great confidence in him and in his advice. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr. Ellis to anyone needing knee surgery.
