I would like to thank Mr Ellis and all of his team for the new lease of life he has given me,also the way the operation was fully explained to me before and after the procedure and the care to me during the recovery and aftercare period.

Mr Simon Ellis gave me complete confidence from our first meeting. I had a right knee replacement and expected a painful recovery period. I understand that I still have a long way to go but It has been surprisingly painless and easy so far, after 5 weeks I am really pleased to have full mobility. The care given by Mr Ellis and all of his team including the Nurses and Physio Staff is second to none and I believe the journey from Cornwall to Kent for this operation was the best decision I could have taken.

I have been very pleased with the standard of care and attention I received from Mr. Simon Ellis. His explanations have been clear and careful, he has answered all my questions, given me plenty of time, and was encouraging when I felt my recovery from a full knee replacement was going slowly. My knee is now more or less fully functional and I am very satisfied with the result of the operation. I would recommend Mr Ellis to anyone needing knee surgery and I thank him for his care.

Thank you very much for sharing your experience with others. Knee replacement to every patient is a life event and recovery can be frustrating particularly in the early stages. It takes up to a year for recovery to reach an end-point. With kind regards Simon Ellis

My appointment started punctually at 15.45. After a consultation with Mr Ellis whom I found to be very understanding about my hearing problem, speaking clearly and concisely so that I understood what he was saying, I went for X rays on my knee. I returned to Mr Ellis to receive the results, he then advised me on my choices of treatment. He informed me of all aspects of the operation. I found him to be kind and compassionate at all times.
