I found Mr. Ellis to be a most professional and knowledgeable surgeon. He put my mind at ease and made my visit to KIMS as pleasant as it could be. I had no pain although, as you would expect, my knee was rather stiff for a while. It gets better daily. To summarise I would recommend him to any of my friends likewise the whole experience at KIMS, The physio staff made the work outs as fun as possible. Many thanks to all concerned. Best regards, Tony Newman Mr.

Thank you so much for your review and in particular your comments about the physiotherapy team. A good outcome following knee surgery certainly relies on patient engagement with the therapy staff and can often seem very daunting at the outset. With kind regards Simon Ellis

Mr Ellis was my consultant, he carried out a total knee replacement and the scar on my knee is remarkable you can hardly notice it. I am now on the road to recovery and each day I am a little bit more mobile. The staff were all very nice especially the physio staff, but I would just like to say the only downside was when I went back to the ward after surgery it took 28 hours before staff realised the pain relief I was being given did not agree with me and if it had not been for my husbands intervention I don't know how long this would have taken them to realise! Overall I am very happy with the standard of care and attention I have received from Mr Ellis.

I can only commend the initial consultancy, the surgery and after care given by Simon Ellis and the KIM's team. My new knee is performing as expected or even better and I don't envisage any problem with my new knee joint. Thank you
