I went to see Mr Ellis following a NHS appointment where I was bombarded with information. Mr Ellis took the time to explain the options and even more than that advised that certain options were not really for me. Although I went in a little later than my appointment I was apologised to first off. I was greeted with a smile and I was made to feel important.

As you clearly appreciate medicine is not an exact science and running to time can be really hard however taking time to ensure each patient is able to make the right excision is paramount.
