I would just like to say thank you for the excellent treatment I was given by Mr Ellis and the rest of the hospital team. Mr Ellis is the consummate professional but with understanding care and warmth. I have been a very lucky lady to have had this operation at Kims on a contract bought by the NHS for which I will always be grateful. The treatment I received was second to none. From the porters, refectory staff, housekeepers, receptionists, nursing staff anaesthetist, the theatre staff and the pharmacist I couldn't have been more looked after. I was always seen on time and all the appointments kept, with no cancellations. The physiotherapist I saw really helped me to gain the strength in my knee for which I am very grateful and for all his good advice. I am unable to suggest how to improve the care I was given because I had all the care given to me without fault. no cancellations. The physio I received was excellent
