On meeting Mr Ellis I felt at ease, talking through the procedure step by step in such a way that I put my trust in him. After my op Mr Ellis telephoned my husband ensuring him that all went well and that I was in recovery. Such a thoughtful gesture, what a lovely, kind and caring man.
