I cannot fault my experience during the consultation. Mr Ellis has an open, friendly manner and is an excellent listener. He was thorough in his examination of the events leading to the knee injury and of the knee itself. His explanations of the injury and possible treatments were clear and easy to understand. Throughout the consultation he was caring, solicitous and reassuring which meant my concerns were allayed and my confidence in a positive outcome increased. A huge 'thank you' to him!
