Mr Ellis listened attentively to my history and symptoms. He was sympathetic and patient. Even over the telephone he was able to guide my husband in carrying out several diagnostic tests in order to glean all the details necessary to form a clear and confident understanding of my current condition. He went on to explain it perfectly to me and put together a plan of action to help me get my problems resolved. He organised an MRI scan for me the very next day and gave me the name of another consultant to see who deals more often in treating my exact issues. I couldn’t recommend him more highly!
