From my first appointment with Mr Ellis I was confident to go ahead with my total knee replacement. He spoke clearly with authority and I felt calm. He explained everything and answered all my questions. His voice was like our Farv Owen so I loved him immediately.
The care from the minute I arrived till now as I am leaving has been wonderful, Mr Ellis has visited and confirmed that all is well. The physio girls were great, if you do as they tell you then will go home quicker feeling that you are in control. A massive thank you to Mr Ellis and all at Spire Alexander
