Simon Ellis was very professional when he spoke to me about the cancellation of my knee operation. I had an infected insect bite on my leg so the decision was made mutually by myself and Mr Ellis to cancel my knee operation.
His advice reassured me that it was the right decision. I thought that I would have to wait a few months for another appointment, however Mr Ellis made a new appointment for me to have the knee operation in a couple of weeks time. Wow! what an excellent service.

Thank you very much for sharing your experience with others. To me the most important part of treatment is the final outcome. As a knee surgeon I deal with quality of life and the impact of a knee infection following surgery is awful. With elective surgery we should never take any unnecessary risks hence postponing your procedure.
