It was the first time I had met Mr Ellis & was very impressed with his manner & made me feel at ease. Although eventually I will have to have a knee replacement, I will feel confident in having Mr Ellis to do the surgery. He answered all my questions & has put in place a plan over the next few months until my surgery.
