Mr Ellis was brilliant. Listen to me fully at the referal appointment and made recommendations for surgery. He thoroughly explained the procedure. On the day of the operation he confirmed what he was going to be doing. The team he had with him on the day were also fabulous friendly and professional and fully explained everything . My op went well and on discharged Mr Ellis fully explained his finding and my future prognosis. I'll eventually need a full knee replacement. And when I do I really want Mr Ellis to do that operation!
