My first meeting with Mr Ellis on 18th October 2018 at Spire Alexandra Hospital went very well. His welcoming, calm, friendly demeanour made me feel at ease and confident to join in discussions about my impending knee surgery. He demonstrated proven communication skills and patiently explained the procedure, risks and benefits. I left him feeling totally confident that I was in “good hands. Excellent personality, Although I’ve only met him once, I feel sufficiently able to recommend him without hesitation.
