Thank you Mr Ellis for greeting my husband & I with such a lovely smile and reassuring hand shake that helped me to feel much more at ease straight away. As I had been feeling very nervous. Thank you for checking the movement in my knee, after my MRI confirmed a torn anterior Cruciate ligament due to a skiing accident. Thank you for discussing, in such a clear & friendly way, the options I had regarding my knee. Thank you for your advice that helped us to agree that surgery was the best way forward for me to get back to fullness of life, movement & mobility in my knee again.
