Mr Ellis was very informative and explained everything what we wanted know and even explained some things O had not even thought off. The only thing I cannot get with his back up in the office! I was sent correspondence which I could not access which I told them about them they sent me fresh email which I can't access because it is password protection. Basically I am not a computer oriented person!

Thank you very much for this feedback. I am very pleased that you felt I was very informative and explained well. I do share your sentiments about the email encryption which is necessary because of GDPR compliance to protect your data however I am aware that this is not an unusual difficulty. We would love to alter the process but sadly cannot make it more straightforward and remain compliant with the data protection laws. As you will understand I have a legal obligation to prevent sensitive personal data from being divulged in error.
