Mr Simon Ellis has a special personal and professional gift for explaining the whole picture and all the finer details of the procedure. He and his team treated me with much kindness and dignity. I was looked after so well from start to finish on the day of my meniscus tear surgery on 24/10/19. I feel privileged and grateful to have seen by you all. As yet, I am still experiencing pain and weakness in the knee and am unable to walk without a cane. Mr Ellis took time to explain that, due to osteoarthritis in the joint, recovery would be more complex and knee replacement may well be the final solution because of this. However, I begin physiotherapy this on 7/11/19 so hopefully things will improve from there on. Once again, I can’t thank you all enough for your kindness and exemplary service. Thank you all so very much.

Response from Mr Simon Ellis

Thank you very much for leaving this positive feedback even though your knee has not yet fully recovered and you are still experiencing some ongoing pain. I am however pleased that you feel my involvement and explanation has been so helpful. In my experience understanding the issues is really helpful. I will pass your comments on to the rest of the team involved in your care. With kind regards Simon Ellis
