Mr Ellis is kind and considerate and will listen to all your concerns and address them. Due to various issues my operation had to be delayed and he was beyond patient and understanding. He saw me before and after my knee replacement operation and telephoned my husband immediately after the surgery to let him know everything had gone well. These human touches make such a difference. It is very early days in my recovery so I cannot comment on the outcome but the it seems to be going very well so far. I am probably a little ahead of where I should be. Strongly recommend.
