Mr. Ellis and his team have been very quick to respond to my questions and concerns.
It’s been a real pleasure to meet someone who is professional but approachable and obviously believes in the importance of communication between doctor and patient.

Thank you very much indeed for your review. You have hit the nail on the head, communication is one of the most important factors in the doctor patient relationship. It forms trust and understanding from both sides and ensures that areas of doubt are rapidly clarified. In my opinion there is nothing worse than not knowing whether something is a problem or not it can lead to anxiety and a sub-optimal outcome for the patient hence my values of care.
