Mr Ellis is an extremely pleasant and approachable man who provided me with clear and detailed information regarding the necessity for a knee operation. I felt fully informed throughout the course of my operation and treatment. My concerns and questions were answered to ensure I felt confident in going forward. I have 100% confidence in Mr Ellis' professionalism and care to the extent that I searched where he was currently practicing to ensure he could be my Consultant. I appreciated the written information provided prior to my operation which allowed me to be fully aware of the procedure and anaesthesia options. I was pleased to be given the opportunity to see Mr Ellis face to face in Clinic when the need arose, especially in these unprecedented times and restrictions while in a pandemic.
