Very pleasant bedside manner. Gave me his full attention and also came to see me on his day off in order that I could go home. My only beef concerned some agency nurses at KIMS who I considered rude and useless and had upset another patient. I am sure Mr Ellis will have passed on my comments to KIMS as it partially marred my overall care at the hospital which was very good.

Thank you very much for your review. I am pleased that my care was so good. I am of course disappointed that the care provided by the agency nurses at KIMS fell short for you. I will of course pass this back to the hospital. Perhaps you could contact my practice manager or KIMS directly to expand on your experience as team work is so vital to provide an exemplary patient experience and goes a long way to promoting a rapid recovery.
