Simon was lovely made feel at ease straight away. He was friendly and explained things in detail that I could understand. He answered all my questions without me feeling silly and also answered my friends questions as she was accompanying me for the appointment. A genuinely nice man. I know having my future knee surgery I will be in safe hands.
