Excellent care and attention given from initial consultation thru to surgery and aftercare post op check up. Warm friendly manner puts you at ease right from the start. That was a major plus factor with me as I am not keen on hospitals or the medical profession as a rule. Mr Ellis is obviously a warm friendly kind considerate person at heart and that comes thru in his work. If my right knee needed doing at some point in the future I hope that he is still available to do it! Thank you again for everything!
