The care given to me by Mr Jaunoo was exemplary. From my first consultation with him I felt confident that I was in skilled hands. His approach was honest and he readily answered questions in a way both my husband and I found easy to understand. He made us feel at ease under difficult circumstances and he was especially sensitive to the needs not only of me, the patient but also my husband who really welcomed the reassurance he gave. I feel I could not possibly have received better care, which has put me well on the road to a complete recovery. I feel so very grateful.

Mr Jaunoo is a very skilled and honest surgeon he tells you as it is and pulls no punches. His aftercare is exceptional and he goes the extra mile to check your wellbeing and comfort. In his follow up clinic he was genuinely pleased to see me, in performing my emergency operation, he stayed well and beyond his normal working hours. I would recommend his surgical skills and bedside manner, should the need arise, I would be confident to be in his care.

I cannot thank Mr Jaunoo and his team (Including nursing staff) enough for the kindness and professionalism shown to me during my stay at Gloucester Royal Hospital. Mr Jaunoo put me totally at ease before the procedure by explaining step by step what would happen during the removal of the Gall Bladder. A few hours after the procedure Mr Jaunoo visited the ward to advise that he was very please with how the procedure which clearly put my mind at rest. I would strongly recommend Mr Jaunoo to Family, Friends and colleagues. I would also like to say a big thank you to the Anaesthetic team on that day for also making me feel totally relaxed.

Went to hospital with bad tummy pains. Despite having seen 2 other consultants about the problem he has given me hope that he can help me. His bedside manner is excellent and he listens to you. He seems to like a challenge so i have certainly picked the right consultant!

I cannot recommend Mr Jaunoo highly enough. I think it speaks volumes that I originally saw him as an NHS patient and was prepared to wait so that he could arrange to perform my surgery privately, rather than be referred to a colleague. He has a very reassuring manner and explained the pros and cons of surgery so that i could not only make an informed choice about my proceedure but felt comfortable with the choice I made. As a new mum and someone with high levels of anxiety i also felt in control of what was happening which was very important to me. Although my surgery (gallbladder out) is routine for someone like Mr Jaunoo, he makes you feel like you are his sole patient and the only one he has to care for (not easy in todays time pressured nhs). Quietly confident and reassuringly practical with his advice, I hope never to need his skills again but if I did, I'd have no hesitation in choosing to use him again.
