We’ve never met or spoken to this doctor; yet he wrote a letter to our GP saying we’d attended his clinic two weeks ago & had a follow up telephone conversation regarding my daughter’s kidney. He referred to my daughter as ‘the gentleman’ throughout - and said we’d spoken at length about private care. Hilarious. Never met or spoke to him in our lives. Deeply worrying that a doctor can claim this. Our address and he NHS number we’re correct. Who on earth he was talking about I’ve got no idea.

I was referred by my doctor in Esher to see this dr for a small but urgent operation to unblock my urinary tract on my first meeting the dr suggested doing a procedure then and there without local anesthetic i refused as Id had the procedure before and knew the pain involved I later learned from the nurse that it was a highly suspect suggestion it then took a further three month to get an appointment by which time i was in great discomfort and after that a further three weeks for the actual procedure the entire thing was a farce the dr did not listen at all on my first consultation
