It was the first time that I had seen Mr Butler today, he was super, listened to me, didn't judge me like some consultants do, he greeted me with a smile and a handshake which is more than the miserable receptionist on the front desk of the hospital did! he came across as the sort of person who cares greatly about his patients and their needs, and how he can help. First class.
