My telephone appointment with Mr Edwards was both reassuring and informative. For the first time I felt connected as a patient. He explained fully his involvement in my care and assessment of my vascular health and informed me of how the aneurysm is to be monitored. Neither did he rush me when I had questions, concerns or asked about research I had read. I felt afterwards quite confident I was in good hands and really appreciate the time he gave to me.
