Mr. Sood is an absolutely brilliant surgeon. He excised a basal cell carcinoma for me, so skilfully that there is really no visible scarring. He exudes a calm confidence, and is very charming. I was extremely lucky to have come across him, and I have no hesitation in recommending him. I shall certainly avail myself of his services again, should the need arise.

Mr Sood was recommended to me by a friend who had previous had surgery by him. I had been contemplating Blephaplasty surgery for 4 years, and on meeting Mr Sood I instantly knew he was the surgeon to carry out my procedure. He was very informative about the procedure and answered all my concerns. He provided website links showing the procedure, aftercare and questions people ask. I saw Mr Sood on the day of surgery, again making me feel at ease and informing me of the procedure. I was surprised that the procedure wasn't as painful as thought and by following the aftercare advise (keep ice-packing your eyes) took the swelling and bruising down considerably quick. I am extremely happy that I had this done and has really made a difference to my eyes (and making me look younger!). I would highly recommend Mr Sood and his team! ,

I saw Mr. Sood a few years ago to discuss a breast reduction procedure. Mr. Sood was one of 5 different surgeons that I met in my search to find the perfect consultant. As soon as I had my first consultation, I knew that I would be best taken care by Mr. Sood. He was especially interested in my mental state and understanding the reasons for me wanting to undergo this procedure. He was also honest and straight about what I needed to do physically to get ready for such a serious operation. That being that I needed to be fit and healthy and at my ideal weight and to have maintained that weight for at least 6 months. Mr. Sood's secretary was also extremely helpful in helping with my surgery booking. On the day of my surgery, Mr. Sood was on time and he had a long chat with me and we discussed the procedure and my desired results. I was woken up after my surgery by Mr. Sood who let me know that the surgery went well and as expected. I was encouraged by the nurses to get up and visit the toilet as soon as possible. Mr. Sood visited me a few times on the day of the surgery to check up on me. I have to say that I experienced NO PAIN but very minor discomfort mainly because I was fearful. I was discharged from hospital the next day, and I did exactly as Mr. Sood advised and that was to take it easy for at least 10 days. And so I did, with the help of my husband and my parents. I did not drive or lift or do any work but mainly relaxed at home without the need of pain killers because I was so comfortable. At every post surgery visit, Mr. Sood was really happy with my healing progress and I returned to my normal duties but still not lifting anything or straining myself after 4 weeks of surgery. This has greatly aided in my healing and my scars are healing well and I can see that my desired result is finally coming into effect now, about 5 months post surgery. I am extremely happy with my results and I love being able to wear more open clothing and my posture had dramatically improved. I will strongly recommend Mr. Sood.

Mr Manu Sood is an excellent doctor and I cannot thank him enough for everything he did for me. From our first appointment, he demonstrated a clear knowledge and experience of my problem. He listened and understood my concerns and worries, putting me at ease, especially before my surgery. The surgery itself was performed extremely well and I have very little scarring. His aftercare and follow up were thorough and it felt like he had been my doctor for years (This being a big positive… like he knew me better than my own doctor) I would recommend Doctor Sood to anyone in a similar situation to my own. There is nothing I think he needs to improve on.

I had a lump in the centre of my forehead which was diagnosed as a lipoma. NHS would not touch this due to it being cosmetic so I explored a number of options. I met Dr Sood who explained the procedure, explained the expected scare that would be left and how he would try and minimise it as well as the risks the procedure came with. I received a quote a few days later which I was happy with and scheduled a date for operation which worked for me a few weeks later. On the day of the operation I was in hospital for about 3 hours in total, the team of nurses were lovely and made you feel comfortable. The operation lasted around 10 minutes and throughout I was looked after and explained what was going on. I rested for about 30 minutes after, had the post op expectations explained to me and I left. I am extremely happy with the end result and although I was never going to get away with not having a scar Dr Sood has managed to blend the scar into the creases in my forehead and has said the scar with further reduce over next few months. Couldn’t recommend enough!
